Dear friends and former colleagues,

I changed my first name to “Monica.”

Why? In short, I’ve outgrown my former name, “Jenny.” My new chosen name feels more like me, and who I want to grow up with.

I will, however, keep the “J” initial in my full name to honor my roots.

Please call me by my new name. My pronouns are still she/her.
